Disclaimer Regarding Allergens
The following ingredients are used at Ermintrude’s cakes:
- Milk and/or milk powder
- Eggs – pasteurised whole, yolks & whites
- Nuts are not used directly in my cakes (unless requested!) but traces may be found in some of the products I use.
- Soy – in any product containing shortening
- Corn starch – used in preparation of icing / fondant.
- Gluten in flour
For more specific details, please email me and I will gladly try to answer your questions. We recognise the seriousness of food allergies, and will do our best to address your concerns. We are able to use products suitable for those with nut allergies, however we are sorry that we cannot provide cakes for those allergic to gluten, milk products or eggs.
